I missed a day of class, so here is my makeup work, doing a drawover of one of Ashley's characters.
Reds are straights and blues are curves.

Ghost Girl ~ Sarah Keele
Lost in the woods, never to be found, but owls to keep her company.
I added/changed some things suggested and rendered a little further as well.
Melissa Vance-Assignment #8
Since I won't be in class I wanted to explain my character. I was looking for similar shapes (hers being a circle, hopefully that's obvious). She is supposed to be a middle aged "mom"-ish character passing out candy on halloween. The type of mom who borrows her teanage daughters clothing from the closet--even though it's too tight and probably not appropriate for her body type. She is dressed as "the bride of frankenstein". Because the actual bride of frankenstein is a very sharp/pointed character I did the outline that way to sort of show that she has that other characteristic. Her props are the candy apple, candy apple tray, candy tray, and a sort of glass goblet filled with candy.
